As I approached my 50th year on the planet, I had done well in business, but my body was starting to hurt everywhere and I was feeling old.

 

But it wasn't just my body that was suffering. Despite outward appearances, I was feeling lost and disconnected from life. I needed an intervention and it came in the form of the right life coach who understood my struggle, spoke truth into my life with credibility, and held me accountable to much a higher standard.

Then we go to your diet and exercise. We'll talk about the "ideal you" and create a proper macros-based diet together with a workout routine that aligns with the vision of where you want to be.

Then we go to your business and finance. I'll share with you what I've done to become completely financially free before 50. I'll show you what's worked for me in the real world.
